TGT Care is not publicly available. Current development is limited; the capabilities below vary by product, seller, manufacturer, provider, region and integration.

A receipt can be a starting point.

Compatible merchant-origin purchase information may help create or enrich a My Things record. A receipt does not automatically create a complete or verified product record.

Rights and cover stay distinct.

Seller warranty, manufacturer warranty, protection plans, return policies and statutory consumer rights are different. TGT does not grant or guarantee them.

Safety remains authoritative.

A possible safety match is not a confirmed recall. Follow official manufacturer or regulator notices and urgent stop-use instructions.

Support status stays clear.

Listed, verified, authorised, contracted and integrated are separate provider states. TGT does not automatically contact providers or submit claims.

Planned, not live

AI help, evidence upload, live recall feeds, public sharing and ownership transfer are not enabled. Shared access would not itself transfer legal ownership. Maintenance information may be general; use qualified professional service when appropriate and follow official safety instructions.

Personal categories, labels and notes stay separate from merchant receipt proof. Cached receipts and products can remain useful offline; offline does not mean logged out. TGT Wallet also provides privacy-request routes and account-deletion controls.

TGT Wallet is free for consumers. Receipt availability depends on supported businesses and receipt systems.

Can TGT Wallet help with warranties?

It can help preserve and organise supported proof-of-purchase and warranty information. Warranty eligibility remains subject to the seller, manufacturer and applicable law.

Why can I see warranty or support options if connected service is not available yet?

TGT Wallet is progressively introducing Products & Cover. Some interfaces are available during controlled testing while direct manufacturer and service-partner integrations are activated. Until a verified integration is available, Wallet may provide purchase or warranty information without sending a request directly to a manufacturer.

Can I use TGT Wallet for returns?

A saved receipt may help you find proof-of-purchase information for a return request. The business’s return policy and applicable consumer rights still apply.

Does TGT Wallet offer rewards?

Rewards and points may be available from participating businesses and partners. Availability varies by programme and location.

Can TGT Wallet help organise my expenses?

Supported receipt history, categories, labels, notes, money views and subscription records can help you organise purchase records and understand spending.

Do I need to give the retailer my phone number?

Supported TGT QR and receipt-code journeys are designed so customers do not need to provide a phone number or email merely to receive a receipt.

Can I delete my TGT Wallet account?

Yes. Use the public account-deletion page or the in-app privacy controls. Requests are subject to identity checks and necessary legal or security retention.

Where can I download TGT Wallet?

TGT Wallet is available through its official Google Play listing for Android.

What if a receipt will not scan?

Try the receipt code shown by the business. If the QR has expired or is not valid, ask the business to show a fresh supported receipt QR.
