Wallet privacy
TGT Wallet is designed to support receipt delivery and personal organisation without unnecessary contact details at the checkout.
Supported QR and receipt-code journeys are designed so you do not need to give the business a phone number or email merely to receive a receipt. Account and security information is still used to provide and protect your Wallet.
Personal categories, labels and notes remain separate from merchant receipt proof. Do not place passwords, payment credentials or government identifiers in receipt notes.
The app provides optional analytics and diagnostics controls, links to privacy information, a data-rights contact and account-deletion controls.
Applicable requests may be limited by tax, fraud-prevention, security, disputes, legal claims, statutory duties and legal holds. Verification may be required.
