Account deletion

Delete your TGT Wallet account.

You can start from the app or use this public route without signing in.

Use the right request.

  1. In the app: Open Profile, choose Privacy & Data, then “Delete account and data”.
  2. By email: Write from the account email where possible to privacy@terragridtech.com with subject “User Wallet account deletion”.
  3. Include only the minimum account identifier and your country or region. Do not send a password or government ID unless specifically and lawfully required.
  4. TerraGridTech may verify control of the account and will explain any material retention limits when responding.

What deletion covers

The request covers your User Wallet account and associated personal Wallet data that can lawfully be deleted. Account deletion is different from Merchant POS access removal, business closure, subscription cancellation and a general privacy request.

What may be retained

Some records may remain for tax, fraud prevention, security, disputes, legal claims, legal holds and statutory requirements. Retained data is limited to the lawful purpose.
