From the checkout to your Wallet in a few simple steps.
Use a supported QR or receipt code, then give your receipt a place you can find again.
If scanning is not available
Enter the receipt code instead.
A supported receipt may also provide a claim code. Enter it in the Wallet. If a QR or code has expired, ask the business for a fresh one. Safer retry handling helps when a network result is uncertain.
Your personal layer
After saving, you can use receipt history, search, categories, custom labels and personal notes. These do not rewrite the original receipt proof. Cached receipts and products can remain useful offline; offline does not mean logged out.
Ready for later.
When a warranty, guarantee, return, replacement or service question comes up, find the supported purchase record and contact the seller, manufacturer or provider responsible for the request.
